Why did Celebrimbor choose Talion : Without Celebrimbor, Talion was once again dying, bleeding from the neck. In the beggining of the story Black Hand murdered Talion's family, so Celebrimbor would respond the ritual. But instead to bind his spirit to the Black Hand, the elf choose Talion, because the death circunstences from both are alike.
